Generally speaking 'Pre Orders' can cause some confusion amongst customers. A 'Pre Order' is a purchase made on a not yet produced item/product. They are necessary to raise funds & gather information on sizing and quantities for said item/product. They can vary somewhat in turn around time depending purely on how many are ordered & the timeframe in which they are ordered. As soon as we have enough orders they will be sent to production and subsequently sent to you as soon as possible. If you purchase a 'Pre Order' and also purchase an 'In Stock' item, both will be sent at the same time. Please order separately if you wish to receive your 'In Stock' item earlier then the 'Pre Order'
If not enough demand is present, those who have purchased a pre order will be refunded in full or will be offered a store credit.

What is your shipping policy?
All items sent within Australia come with free tracking.
Orders usually ship from our office within 2 working days, shipping can take anywhere from 1 day - 5 days. If you have any concerns please contact us.
International orders are sent using economy air postage using 'Australia Post'. Unfortunately tracked shipping is not available directly from our checkout due to Australia Post raising their prices. Vicious Instinct is doing the best we can to offer affordable shipping prices. We also try keep our products as cheap as possible to help our international customers. Orders usually ship from our office within 2 working days but it is difficult to estimate arrival time for the following reasons:
- Geographical location changes estimated arrival time.
- Different customs regulations can affect estimated arrival time.
